My mission is to invest in helping people to discover their ‘more’, to both liberate their own potential and to equip them to liberate the potential of others.

I see it like a wisdom circle.

Investing those who are maturing, to become elders for the youth and investing in the youth to set their life compass to aspire to becoming elders - all in the service of leading, loving and leaving a legacy.

As you explore this website you will see that this means that I do a few things that fit into these two investments.

For the youth

I founded The Youth Compass Project, committed to creating a generation of their own unique versions of Mandela’s.

I create resources for young people to make that journey in life.

I am a mentor to young social entrepreneurs around the world, who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others.

For the maturing

I am an executive coach, in service of meaningful and purposeful life change for leaders.

I write to both encourage and challenge my peers in all aspects of life leadership.

All of this in service of the the belief that… there’s more.
